Chalamet’s press tour wardrobe so far has traversed both his own personal sartorial rhythm and the sportier aesthetics of Marty Supreme, the Josh Safdie-directed movie about a young man pursuing his dream of becoming a champion table-tennis player in the ’50s. At a recent screening in Los Angeles, he donned a reflective tracksuit set from friend Haider Ackermann’s Canada Goose collab collection, made custom in “Marty Supreme Orange”—in distinct contrast to the quiet luxury-leaning, all-black (and probably all GWYN?) look from co-star Gwyneth Paltrow.
The Marty Supreme merch collection is the second time that Chalamet has worked with Nahmias, after creating a hoodie for his Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown earlier this year. Girlfriend Kylie Jenner as well as her sister Kendall, Kid Cudi, and Misty Copeland have been spotted in the Marty Supreme hoodie, with the rest of the collection featuring tracksuit sets in navy, satsuma orange, highlighter pink, and more.

“For me, style is how you put things together,” Jonathan Anderson said of the Dior Men collection from which the shoe first came from, designs that reveled in the house’s classic style codes, and Anderson’s own penchant for high-low magic and era-hopping cultural references. That sentiment speaks truly to Timothée Chalamet’s always-keeping-you-guessing style playbook.
